Pelvic Exam

Our patients enjoy a safe and comfortable environment free of judgment. During the pelvic exam, the midwife checks for abnormalities of  genitalia. This exam is  important for women who are sexually active because it can detect the presence of a sexually transmitted disease. It is also important for identifying conditions that could lead to infertility.

Breast Exam

Breast cancer is the second most common type of cancer in American women. the midwife will examine your breasts for signs of abnormalities.

Pap Smear

The midwife will collect cells from the patient’s reproductive organs and will have them analyzed.
